We try to combine ecology and efficiency in the packaging phase of our products so that it is optimal and your order arrives in one piece.
Occasionally, damage can occur.
After you have contacted us, we will offer you two options:
1. Refund of the damaged item
2. Return of the broken item.
We ask for a photo as proof, so that we can make a claim against the carrier if necessary.
We do not require the return of broken items.
We may be able to recover damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
